All appointments, including prenatal and postpartum visits, must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed. 5. Payment Terms

Our services are fee-based. Payment can be made by cash, debt/credit cards, or check, as will be discussed in your contract. Payments are due as outlined in your service agreement. Please note that fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy

We require that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. For rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible.
